You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Bidding

You shall only bid on the auctions you have purchased a seat, by no means you are allowed to use any thrid party software or application to bid. You can only bid physically by pressing bid button, any user/person found using any kind of automated softwares to bid will be banned immediately without any notice and will loose all access to our website and any remaining bids will be void and no refund will be issued.

Final Decision

You accept that the decision on auctions winners will be final and shall not be contested by any means, We assure you that all our auctions are geniune and we donot use any kinds of Bots or Softwares to bid or alter any auctions once bidding is started. You also accept that the final bid before the timer runs out will be winner of that auction.

Payment 

If you win an auction you will have to pay a small auction price which will accumulate during bidding, failure to do so in 7(seven) days the auction will become void and you will no longer be eligible to claim that item in auction.

Refund

We strictly have no refund policy, Once you have paid for credits you will get that credits instantly in your account. You can use that credits to buy seats for available auctions. Credits once bought and used cannot be refunded back in your account once auctions starts regardless you win an auction or not. Once you buy credits they will be available in your account and you can use them anytime you wish to, credits used to buy a seat will only be refunded back to your account if seats are not full within 7 days and auction is closed.

Return Policy

All items shipped are quality checked and are sealed pack geniune items. We donot offer returns of items as any damaged occur in shipment shall be informed directly to shippers and seatauction.co.uk takes no resposiblity for damages occured during shipping and handling by shipping company. Any defective item shall be informed to us within 3 days after receving and once our checks are complete and item found to be genuinely defective should be returned to us in sealed condition.

Delivery of Items

Winners of auctions will receive their item after payment of accumulated bidding is made. Once payment is made our team will ship the item within 3 working days and you will receive a tracking number to track your order until you receive it. Some items shipping is free and if there is any shipping charges it will be mentioned on auctions detail page under shipping tab.

Cancellation 

Once payment is made and item is shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel or don't want the winning item before its shipped, you can simply email us at info@seatauction.co.uk and inform us so we can award that item to the second last bidder.

Warranty of product

All our products on seatauction.co.uk are geniune and authentic, once you receive the product you can check authenticity of product by the serial numbers on packages. No claims or warranties can be claimed from seatauction.co.uk, all warranties shall be claimed directly from the product manufacturers.

Applicable law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Leading Business Group Ltd and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court United Kingdom and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Indemnification
